If client doesn’t pay deposit, I may reschedule/cancel his appt with short notice for another client who pays deposit.

Once your deposit clears in my account, I’ll book you in.
Please pay my fee minus deposit on arrival. I won’t proceed without payment first.

♡ Bank branch cash deposit won’t request your ID. Completely anonymous. You’ll need my bank account details. From a NAB branch, your payment should come to my account in a few hours. From non-NAB will take a few days.
♡ Online banking transfer will show my 100% discreet company name on your bank statement. You’ll need my bank account details. From your NAB to my NAB will take several hours. From your non-NAB to my NAB will take a few working days.

Terms & Conditions
If I need to reschedule, client will have a choice either his deposit be credited for a new appointment/s without time limit, or refunded promptly.
If client cancels or reschedules with at least 72hrs notice to me, his deposit is non-refundable and will be credited for a future appointment/s within 2 years, a total of 2 cancels/reschedules. 3rd & last re-book with full upfront payment, non-refundable if client cancels.
If client cancels with less than 72hrs notice to me or does a no-show, his deposit will be forfeited.
If client shortens appt length with less than 72hrs notice to me or he is late for appt, my full fee for the length & time of his original appt is payable.
If client gives me less than 72hrs notice his wish to reschedule, if I’m available and he pays the rest of my fee, he can reschedule once, otherwise his deposit will be forfeited.
If I’m misled or deem a situation unsafe: I have the right to cancel or terminate my service, I won’t refund or credit any deposit or fee, and I’ll take swift & appropriate actions.
